Cooking at Fir in Sweden

The 1st of September Big Swede BBQ is joining the Kings of BBQ for a fun-filled day of grilling together with hundreds of grill enthusiasts from all over Sweden at FIR - Fästning I Rök.
Every year thousand of BBQ and grill lovers unite at Bohus Fortress on the Swedish west coast. The purpose of the event is to share and learn form each other - and spread the joy of cooking, grilling and BBQ.
