SACC consists of 20 regional Chambers across the U.S. represented by SACC-USA, the umbrella organization, with offices in Washington, D.C. and Sweden. Their mission is to facilitate and support trade, commerce, and investment between the nations and help Swedish companies find the right partners in the USA – and vice versa. 

The Executive Forum is held in beautiful House of Sweden in Washington D.C. The roster of speakers is getting more impressive by the day. The latest additions are Marc Lotter, Director of Strategic Communications for President Trump’s 2020 Presidential Campaign, and Dr. R. David Edelman, Director at MIT and former Special Advisor to President Barack Obama on Economy and Technology Policies. In the evening, there is a dinner hosted by the Swedish ambassador in the US.

We will be there for the evening recepion and grill some amazing lambchops and iberico secretos in collaboration with the Executive Chef at the Swedish Embassy Frida Johansson.
And we are thankful to Memphis Wood Fire Grills for lending us a pelletgrill to use so we can cook the best lamb and pork the guests have ever had. And they will be Badassboosted of course.  

It was also very cool to see the list of companies supporting the event. It feels like Big Swede BBQ has finally found its place among Swedish companies. Big Thank you to Johan Marcus - President of SACC-USA for making this happen!!

Big Swede BBQ will team up with Green Mountain Grills, Grillhouse and SmokedOut BBQ for two huge BBQ events in Sweden in May. First, we will demonstrate the new Prime models at Grillmässan in Stockholm between May 24 and 26 and then, we will visit Elmia Game Show the following weekend. We are looking forward to tons of visitors, plenty of good food and a lot of interest for the new Daniel Boone Prime and Jim Bowie Prime grills.
