08/24- Mediterranean Feast We will kick off the fall season with Greek food. We are planning on doing some kebabs, some chicken shawarma, lamb chops and perhaps some souvlaki. The menu is still being decided - what is decided is that we will have a blast - Opa!!! 09/21- Oktoberfest Our next class will be Oktoberfest, where we will cook some classic german Oktoberfest dishes. We will most certainly cook some wiener schnitzel, some brats, and maybe even a smoked shweinhaxe. We will also make some pretzels with a mustard and beer dipping sauce. 10/13- Steak 5 ways class Date and Location TBD We will also bring back our three-time sold out class - Steak 5 Ways. Raw, grilled, smoked, seared, and sous vide - we will cover them all. We will also cook some awesome side-dishes with every steak. In addition, we will talk about different cuts, how to select, how to cook, how to trim and how to eat them. 11/3- Left Over Turkey @ Turkey Fest Location TBD We will do a free class at Turkey Fest where we will show you how to make a fun meal out of your leftover turkey the next day. Rumor has it that one of the dishes will be a Turkey Paella. 12/7 - Swedish Winter Night We end the 2018 season with a Swedish feast. We will serve traditional Swedish dishes like Toast Skagen and Swedish Meatball. We might make a traditional drink called Glögg and maybe some fun surprises We will keep you updated with any changes and we hope to see many of our friends join us in the fall. |
